Breastfeeding has been a constant challenge from day one. We are now on month 4 and I have been advised by my lactation consultant to start Poppy on solids as she just isn’t getting enough from breastfeeding alone so as of today Poppy will now eat and then nurse. I decided to begin with avocado. Poppys first meal.
