First stop on our three day Thanksgiving extravaganza! Once again my mom pulled out all the stops giving us nothing but the happiest of tastebuds and the fullest of bellies.

I have a long list of things I am thankful for this year…but today I must say I am thankful for my household’s ability to finally, after a looong week of snotty noses and nasty coughs, be kicking this cold’s ass – I thought it would never leave…and of course I am thankful for this wonderful meal and my family.
