
This is what warms my morning tummy in the cold winter months. Creature of habit..maybe but it’s just soooo good!
Chop.

Over high heat bring 1 cup water to a boil, add oatmeal, apple, almonds dates and cinnamon. Stir. Turn heat to low and simmer for about 10 min. Remove from heat, now enjoy!


- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 4 pitted dates, chopped
- 6 almond, chopped
- freshly grated cinnamon to taste ( bottled cinnamon is also good just use whatever you have )
- Place 1 cup water in a pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Add all ingredients and stir once.
- turn heat down to low and simmer for about 10 min.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
