When I found out I was having a girl one of the first things that I thought of on the long list of “fun things you can do with a girl” was valentine’s day!!! “I’m going to have a little girl who is going to love valentine’s day and who I can make valentines for, covered in sparkles and made of construction paper and doilies!!” Sadly this year Poppy couldn’t quite grasp the concept of making valentines but she very much enjoyed eating the card I got her.
