This Christmas was so much fun! Not that last year with Poppy wasn’t fun but this year Pop really got to enjoy the overwhelming amount of love and presents that she was smothered with over the past month or so.

As usual we spent Christmas eve enjoying cocktails and dinner with the Winters and then home to our beds/crib for a good night’s sleep, resting up for the day to come. Christmas morning we woke and opened our stockings and then were joined by Danie, Vello, Edna, Auntie Emm, Granny J and Grandad for some present opening and a breakfast feast made by Kegan! Once we had finished up at our home we headed back to the Winters’ for more present opening and then we were off to spend what was left of the day with the Frenchs. It was a full day but Poppy flew through it in great spirits, she even managed to overcome her fear of cats.

The icing on the cake- Every year for as long as I can remember my Nana has knit everyone in our family a pair of booties aka slippers for Christmas; the highlight of the day for me was watching Poppy open her very first pair of booties!

Comments and positivity are always welcomed, however I am currently not accepting complaints or criticisms.
