
Coat raw garlic with oil.
Cover with tin foil.
Roast the garlic.




Tip: When you add the yeast to the hot water,do it in a one cup measuring cup not in a bowl.If you do it in a bowl it is not as easy to see if it has risen as much as it should.
Make a hole in the middle of the flour ( like you would for your mashed potatoes before you pour in the gravy! )



Tip: Cover with a lid or saran wrap. Place bowl on top of oven ( because you will have your oven heated for the pizza it will be warm and help the dough rise )
